SHIPPING POLICY & TERMS

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

If you refuse any shipments from www.soultouch.com , you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with your postal service. SoulTouch does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue a refund for packages that state being delivered.

We employ the services of major trusted international carriers to fulfill your package in a fast and secure manner.

  • United Kingdom: 4 to 7 days
  • Canada: 8 to 12 days 
  • Australia: 4 to 7 days
  • New Zealand: 5 to 9 days
  • Europe: 4 to 7 days 
  • Rest of the world: 5 to 17 days (Depending on the location) 

HANDLING

All orders will typically be dispatched within 1 or 2 business days from our warehouse and all orders will include tracking from dispatch to delivery. All orders will be shipped in durable packaging to ensure your purchase is not damaged during transit.

Soultouch is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. It is always in our best interests to make sure you receive your parcel in a timely manner and Soultouch™ will assist as much as possible to trace a missing parcel. Soultouch is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.

REFUNDS & POLICIES

Soultouch will offer a full refund on our Scalp Massager if it is in returned in the original, un-used condition, including packaging. This refund will be minus the real shipping cost incurred for both sending and return. The customer will be required to pay any shipping and customs costs to return our Scalp Massager.
